July 15 - Walton Co. School Board Candidate Forum.
Did you know that the proposed Walton County School Board budget for 2010-2011 is over 95.5 million dollars? Last year Walton County had an enrollment of almost 7000 students.
Studies show that schools are failing because of lack of accountability, wasted funds, and political agendas. It's critical we elect people to the school board who can manage our educational system effectively and efficiently.
The five members of the Walton County School Board are elected countywide to represent the 5 districts.
Three of these School board seats are on all Primary ballots on August 24th.
