    Thumbs up Easy Key Lime Pie

    Description: Easy 4 ingredient Key Lime Pie...when you just have to have one.
    Time: Ready in 35 Minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 5 egg yolks, beaten
    2. 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    3. 1/2 cup key lime pie juice
    4. 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
    Preparation:
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.

    I made this last week on my beach trip and it was fantastic! Very easy to make and tasted delicious.

    ....wow gotta go.... I need to find a "late night" grocer to get my Lime Juice.. that's all I'm missing and I'm making the pie! <Wonder if the neighbors might have some lime juice?> hahahha Ohhh btw.. South Walton H.S. Football "tailgate" party at my house last Friday... we served Stinky's Fish Camp's Key Lime Pie.... mentioned in Southern Living mag.. omg it was to die for... Can't wait to try this receipe..
