I know SHELLY'S not posting but isn't it still a requirement to describe outdoor decorations ("look for the red and blue balloons"), and the menu.. It's still snowbird season so you could be the pre-Happy Hour gathering spot...

Ha! None of that. Home will be open and I will not even be there. Just walk through and call me and I will write up a contract. Balloons are extra! LOL ! I miss her/him!

Bobby how many square feet is that home? From watching the inventory on the mkt and the looks of the home i'd have put that home more in the 180-200k range. Bungalows at seagrove at 180k looks like the deal to get right now.

The home is about 1800 sq feet. It is roughly $155 q foot. I would have to disagree on your price assessment of this property. The bungalows are nice but no comparison to this property. Per sq foot The Bungalows are actually more expensive with no room to grow. If you were to compare the two and wanted to use square footage as your comp The Bungalow would be a good deal at $170,000.

Now back to Spotted Dolphin... Open house went well. Hope to have an offer this coming week. We are very close on this one!
