1BR or Studio or Possible Female Roommate

Hi there! I am currently looking for a cozy studio or 1BR in the 30A/Pt. Washington areas. However, I have also seen so many adorable 2BR places for rent in the area.

If you are a quiet, responsible woman looking for a place as well, maybe we could snatch up one of these 2 or 3BR rentals?? I have also seen a few very cute places while just driving through the area but do not want a 2BR for just myself.
