    Nope ... didn't scare us off ... sorry I haven't gotten to meet you yet. We love the area, just need to sell. We're planning on staying local unless God has other ideas in mind.

    We'll see ...

    Im just around the corner on Tanglewood by Elmos. Beach Architect this is a beautiful home in a great location at a steal of a price (IMO). I wish I had 750K layin around . Good luck!!

    sorry Anthony ... yes I remember. Sorry about that day, it just didn't work out to come by. I really couldn't see who you were in the photo. How has business been with the new showroom and all?

    Thanks so much for the positive feedback on the house. We really need to sell it, that's why we've priced it low. Hopefully the right buyer will feel it's as great a steal as you do! Thanks again, Steve

    It has been a huge success to finally have windows and doors for customers to interact with. It also cements my commitment to the area that I am here for the long haul. A lot of money has been spent to put this in place in spite of the current economy.

    Please stop by sometime and experience some unique things I have to offer that may work into some of your future projects. Please try to cal ahead as I can't be there all the time, but I do try.

    Just curious if anyones been able to sell there home on 30-a the last 2 years or so by owner? maybe its because 80% of people don't live there and can't market it.i can't even recall one for sale by owner sign.

    We have had much success selling homes by owner over the years .... there are many homes for sale by owner on the market now and we have been getting a fair amount of interest from our advertisements
