    Winter Rental

    Anyone know of a 1 bedroom, gulf front for a three month rental starting in Dec? East end of 30A or even Carillon Beach or Pinnacal Port. Please send me a PM if you know of anything. Thanks

    Call Garrett Realty, they have quite a few winter rentals.

    Hi There,
    I have a studio located in Seacrest (east 30-A), it is on the 4th floor at The Villages of South Walton. I would love to have a 3 month rental, please let me know if this is of interest to you. It is not gulf front, but it does have distant water views and complimentary tram service that will take you to and from the beach and the pool. All amenities included. Also has hi speed internet service. Newly furnished and decorated.
