1-2 bedroom place for couple

My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out a 1 or 2 bedroom place in South Walton for around/under $800 a month. We would prefer furnished but would take unfurnished too. We're not picky about whether it's a house, condo, or apartment. We want a long term lease, atleast 7 months, and are looking to move in mid-end of August.
We're both responsible 20-somethings; my boyfriend works two jobs, and I am about to move back in to the area where I will be doing freelance web design and looking for a part time job. We don't have any pets, and he is an outside smoker.
