What a bummer! It's unbelievable how much prescription sunglasses cost.

Have you ever been to Fripp Island? They tried saving their beaches by putting up a wall of rocks. It caused the beach to erode even more. At high tide there is no beach. Big D and former bro-in-law were playing beach volleyball, high tide occurred, and the waves sucker punched them. Hubby's watch got ripped off his arm. Thankfully he had taken off his nice watch and had put on his sports watch. BTW they both survived.

Anyhow sorry you lost your shades, but it sounds like y'all had a great time.
