    Residential Lot Wanted- 30A area

I'm currently looking to purchase a residential lot on 30a. I've reviewed the latest MLS listings, but didn't know if their may be FSBO, other options...

Here's some specifics I'm looking for:
    -excellent value/deal
    -must be located on/near 30a
-anywhere from Inlet Beach to Blue Mountain
    -no buildout time
    -walking distance to beach
-low or no home owner's association dues
-owner financing would be plus, but not necessary
-less than $150,000 in price, preferably less
-able to accommodate small cottage with possible pool, maybe small carriage house

    Thanks!

What about 3 adjacent lots, sold together, in a nice neighborhood, across the street from the beach for $190,000 combined price? (not listed)

    Hey SJ,
I like this one. How about a PM on it. You serious?

i think you could find something in ventana dunes, close to beach accesses but the lots are 45 x 97 so you would have to use our community pool and no carriage house. our dues are low.

I know of several lots in the desired areas that are bank owned or desperate owners in the $55,000-$100,000 range. We are an established home builder in the 30A area and would love the opportunity to build your Coastal style cottage. Call me, Mary, at 850-774-1359 or e-mail: ffimg1@aol.com

    Hi,

I have a residential lot, just south of 30A, about 1500 feet to the beach. Meets all your requirements. Send me a private message so I can supply all details.

I have a lot in WaterColor, listed at $180K but already bank-approved for a short sale at less than that, for a closing before month's end ... anyone that's interested can please PM about this

Good luck selling your lot. Have you gotten any interest? I have one in WaterColor as well and I curious where the floor price is right now. Again, good luck!

Been offered $190,00 for my lot in Camp District - turned it down. Unless this is one of those lots near the Publix ( phase 4 ) it would seem there should be interest out there for a WC lot at that price point.
