Pickle Factory - New Restaurant in the old Thai Cafe

Looks like there is action in the former Grayton Thai Cafe- sign out on 283- has the name of Pickle something? Has anyone stopped in?

If I liked pickles, that would be great. I'm surprised that there are two restaurants named "Pickles" within two miles of each other.

again, I am surprised that apparently people here do not do any market research before launching a new venture...

I hope it does well, but there is something about eating pizza while staring at the gym that kind of kills it for me.

Maybe I can do what I am planning to do for House of Kraus - have a great workout, do a little extra and then get a little dinner.

shallowsnole, that sounds similar to having a liquor store across the street from a church. Decisions, decisions. I'd likely go to the gym and end up eating pizza instead.

So is pizza their specialty? That is confusing with a name like "Pickles."

You shoulda seen some of my Daddy's Catholic beer league softball games up north back in the day. Where beer league not only meant they kept the keg on church property but in the dugout itself and guys would have a splash of brew between innings.

That's northerners for you. Down here in the south we put a keg at each base.

Seriously though I have got to ask, WTF do pickles have to with pizza. Also I almost threw on the leather chaps in excitement over the possibility of a gay bar.

I got a menu put on my car in WaterColor the other day and it was all pizza and not one pickle
