Blue mountain hole in the wall seafood...
Greetings!
This is our last night here at Blue Mountain Beach and we are hoping to find some kind of good hole in the wall seafood place. We have been to Goatfeathers, Stinky's (wonderful), Hunt's in PC, Sally's Backside (a great time), etc. Now I'm wondering what would be good for a finale? Love to eat, hate to drive, and I'm borrowing someone else's wireless network, so I can't really spend time searching- thanks in advance for everything!

I am not the local seafood expert but I sure do enjoy the Grouper Parmesan at Bayou Bills. They stay busy though so go early. Pandoras is a little closer to Blue Mtn. I have never tried their seafood but I cant get enough of the prime rib or baby back ribs. Steamboat is not a seafood restuarant but they have some great seafood dishes on the menu and everything is home made. If you go there try the fried zucchini app and the potstickers. The Grouper D will not dissapoint. Next door to Steamboat is Don Pedros. They also make it all from scratch and have seafood with a Mexican flair. Hope you enjoy whatever you choose.

Shoot...one of my favorite Hole In The Walls is in Blue Mountain Beach...Smiling Fish Cafe....sit on the patio drinking a Kalik looking at the Gulf while waiting for your food...one of my favorite spots on 30A....and if you want something a little livelier just a few miles down the road The Red Bar is a great way to spend your last night in the area and the Fish of the Day is always good

jambone is definitely a hole in the wall and we definitely have pristine fresh local seafood.
today's fresh fish sandwich is mahi mahi - notimported - gulf caught - purchased from goatfeathers seafood market. grilled with fries, served on a kaiser with lettuce, tomato and onion, comes with housemade tartar and cocktail sauce. $10.95
today's fresh fish basket is grouper that i caught myself yesterday about 3 miles off grayton beach in my buddys boat. we make a guiness beer batter and it comes with fries, slaw, housemade tartar and cocktail sauce - $18.95
we have apalachicola oysters and we only shuck them to order and they are 8.95 a dozen
we make a bahamian style conch salad that is amazing - cukes, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, cilantro, lots of fresh squeezed lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.
we have gulf shrimp cocktail, shrimp remoulade and shrimp jambone.
we would love to have you and we are just about a mile and a half from blue mountain beach up on 98 next to the post office.
hope to see you an di hope you try all the other suggestions too - they are all FANTASTIC LOCAL EATERIES!!!!
peace
