Why are the power lines buzzing?
A biker passing by saw me staring up at the pole and said it's all up and down 30-A, not just mine.

Moisture... always worse when it's humid or foggy.
If you can't fix it with a hammer... you've got an electrical problem.

FROM LINKED "MOISTURE": Power lines produce an audible sound or buzz because they are producing something called a corona discharge that is interacting with the surrounding air.

...I get a buzz when I discharge a Corona.
