Wild Olives - update on expanded space, hours, menu

a note from Chris and Ivy at Wild Olives in Rosemary Beach...

We have expanded our market to include indoor seating (about 50) and serve full service inside as well as outside for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have expanded our hours to 8pm ,Tuesday - Saturday and are offering dinner specials after 5 pm. Full dinners to include a starch, vegetable and salad with choices of fish, steak, shrimp, chicken and pasta dishes. We will be coming out with a dinner menu with regular entrees. Prices will range from 16.95 - 25.95. We will still offer pizza, a limited sandwich menu, and salads during this time.

We still have our Wine Tastings every Friday evening 4-6pm - $15.00 which includes tasting 6 wines and a sampling of a Chef's choice tapas (small plates), plus music. (Our Tapas Menu is available after 3 pm everyday.) We are holding our Wine Tasting inside at the monent due to the cold weather but will be returning to the patio (outside) when weather permits.

We encourage everyone to stop by and visit us to enjoy a sandwich or dinner in the evening. We serve beer and wine - by the glass or by the bottle from our Wine shoppe - we do not charge a corking fee when serving wines bought from our shoppe. We have just reduced our beer prices in an effort to encourage our ice cold long necks!! We still have our usual items in the market: honeys, olives oils, spreads, mustards, pastas, breads, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, great selection of bottled waters, a great cheese shoppe, an olive bar, and of course just everyday items, from toothbrushes to milk. We are small and have to limited our choices of items we provide, but as our sign indicates if you do not see it please ask - if we have it in our kitchen i.e. such as produce or herbs, etc - we will package it for you.

Minnie and I made a stop here on our way in from the trip to Disney about 5:00 p.m. and they were packed. We sat inside and ate sandwiches and watched the goings on. Nice crowd, music and great new eatery for Rosemary.

    Congratulations to Chris and Ivy!

Wild Olives serves some of the best food in the area. The owners are great people who take pride in their offerings. When ever we are on the East end of 30A we make it a priority to eat with Chris and his crew.

    Congrats on the expansion.
