Lots with views
I have been asked by Architects, Realtors, Developers and Owners to take photo's from my bucket truck for quite some time. We do it to plan where windows will be in a home, room placement in general and whether or not to build a Tower on the home. Sometimes we also take the photo's for a Realtor or Owner to help them market the lot's fullest potential. I have 100's of these photo's. I am going to try and organize the pictures and co-ordinate them with where they were taken from on a map. The bucket truck goes up 60 feet, but I stop taking photo's for home design purposes at 50 feet.
If anyone has a particular area they want to see, post it or Message me. I'll see what I have in that area.
Below is an example of the types of photo's we have taken. Watersound Beach has left its dunes intact. When you stand on the ground at a gulf front lot you can't see the gulf. These photo's were taken for someone who was considering the purchase.Last edited by AAbsolute; 12-05-2008 at 08:45 AM. Reason: typo

Views like this should remove any doubt why someone who lives 350 miles away would spend an hour per day surfing the SoWal board trying to plot his investment in a piece of paradise.
Just gorgeous! Thanks AA!!
When I could have that lot and view for under $200K would someone please let me know.

This is from Seahighlands area in Seagrove. The plat for this, recorded in the 40's, makes this community very, very special.

Lots 1, 2, 3 The Village. These vacant lots are endowed with commercial and residential density. I owned them for 1 day in '04. I wish they had been developed by now.

I cannot imagine a better view than dunes preceding the ocean.

I'm not a realtor and I don't own any of the lots that I post. The Watersound Beach lots with the views were gulf front in Dune Ridge. The people who were looking to buy a lot had me boom them up with a tape measure to see what floor of the house they would be standing at and where the views were. You couldn't see any beach from anywhere on the 1st floor.
There were 2 different groups. Both couples bought the lots and I think they paid about $2,000,000 per lot.

$10,000.00 reward:
I will pay $10,000.00 to anyone who may have gotten a video of me falling 13 feet from the bucket truck yesterday. It was about half way through the Alabama/Florida game if that tells you what time.
I must have this video to put on my Homepages. ThanksLast edited by AAbsolute; 12-07-2008 at 09:25 AM. Reason: Reward

I'm a sucker for this one
I have to admit that I'm a complete sucker for this one. I have been working up here this week and find myself doing the stop and stare.
