Beach Restoration: What now?
There has been no mention on SoWal about the Florida Supreme Court decision that beach restoration does not infringe on the property rights of private owners. Does anyone know what is next? I would think it was a decision that all those in favor of less private control of Florida's beaches would favor. Information please if you have it.
