    Missing Grayton

    Hi Everyone,

My husband passed away 12 years ago this last March at the young age of 54. Since the summer of 96 I have rented a house with a pool in the Grayton Beach area and my children, grandchildren and I have spent a week together sharing tears, laughter and making wonderful memories together. There are now 16 of us! What a healing time this has been for us all. Although we all live close to each other, we cherish the time we get to spend near the beach and look forward to the next summer - hopefully we will get to do this for several more years. My family and I are all in agreement - we love the beaches of South Walton!!

Hi! I feel the same way about Grayton. It does have a way of healing. I love being a part of the "neighborhood!" I hope you have many more memories to share here!

Hi, Weezer. Welcome to SoWal. I have found this to be a great group. You will enjoy your time here.
Could Weezer be short for Weezie? My mom is a Weezie and the grandkids love calling her that.

Weel, Weezer, I should have been more specific. Mom's a Louise, too, and she's a Weezie.
