14.4 acres with Amusement Park located at 14414 Front Beach Road. This is the only amusement Park west of Beckrich Rd until you get to Destin. Its only 1.3 Miles from Pier Park. The Go-cart area of this Property had been closed for 3 years due to purchase contract and it has many resent improvements. With Miracle Strip Amusement park no longer in existence this is the Largest Park in in the PCB area. Much of the property can still be used for additional attractions or it makes a great location for Mega Resort location. T-3 zoning allows many mixed uses on Property. 260K cash flow in June and over 250k cash flow from July 1-16. It is of my opinion that this property will sell at a price that can be cash flow positive. I also have ownership in some of the property being auctioned. All claims of this post should be verified.
