i would like to view your carriage house please. i am looking for what you describe exactly. i am a nanny/tutor for families in seaside and watercolor and that location is perfect for me and the families i serve. i am married and my husband will be coming in october sometimes. we are both very quiet, don't drink, don't smoke, have no pets and you probably wouldn't even know we are there. and i am looking to sign a year lease.
