    Long Term Rental Market

    What is the market like in Sowal for Long Term Rentals? Is there enough inventory to meet the current demand? I guess is there demand for Long Term Rentals in general?

    I'm finding there's not much, and what's out there is generally furnished or a bit down-market.

    May '06 - 680 listings
    May '07 - 804 listings
    May '08 - 1225 listings

    I would say the data shows plenty of rentals on the market... and if any price pressure is out there it would be to lower rents...
