Thankful Betty Main touched our lives

Today many of us in Walton County attended the Memorial Services for Mrs. Betty Main. She was married to Johnny Main for fifty seven years and they moved to our area when she was 54 years. She would have turned 90 later this year.

The obit in The Sun and Daily News highlighted what a giving and caring person Betty was in our community and she will be missed.

It took three preachers to provide over her service and another one in the congregation with the rest of the huge crowd to provide a picture of the wonderful and special lady who blessed all of us she met.

From my first encounter with Betty until the last time I had the blessing to be with her, she loved this community and gave whole heartedly to make it a better place.

We love and miss you Betty .. and will see you again!!
