When I decided to relocate EAT-Rite Produce to Costa Rica I started looking for a Farm Fresh Produce Co. to service the customers that have supported my efforts to bring real produce to Sowal. I found one.

Shana Wolf, owner has been in business since 2002 in Atlanta and has recently moved her business to N.W. Florida. She sources her produce from Certified Organic Farmers and CSA's. When you sign up with her program she will deliver your produce to your door, you don't even have to be home. Currently she delivers on Wednesday to SoWal. I met with her yesterday for over an hour to find out about her program. What I found out was that she is a very nice lady loves the produce business. She had some very kind things to say about "For the Health of it" and the quality and cleanliness of their produce section and I agree. She will also be providing produce to the commercial accounts that EAT-Rite Produce has been working with. You can call her at 850-374-2181. Thanks

Stan, thanks for the kind remarks about our produce at For The Health Of It. We certainly try to offer a great selection. It is great to see more Certified Organic products hit the market and the area.

For The Health Of It has teamed up with a local lady to also offer a delivery service. We are working out the details, however, within a week, we will offer a delivery service of our Certified Organic products and other fine goods throughout the Sowal community.

We also work with several local restaurants on providing organic produce for their menu's and would love the opportunity to work with your past customers.

I am just so thrilled we have these services coming to South Walton. It encourages eating in the slow food tradition which is eating as local as possible and eating only what is in season. Google "slow food movement" if you want more information.
