Just picked up bunch of freshies from Toni. Always a goo buy. Had some great Green Tomatoes, fresh lettuce and even yellow squash. Thank you so much Toni and Ray.

Toni's deserves everyone's support. We toured their garden and had a delightful chat with Ray when we were in town in February - unfortunately, we'd already bought strawberries and tomatoes from the truck farmers. But they have an awesome operation and their veggies made our mouths water!

Re: fresh local and regional produce this week!
Old Mill Farm is a great place to buy produce off the vine. Its only about 30 miles or so from Grayton Beach. Its a very large Hydroponic operation that has 3 greenhouses and alot of veggies growing. You can pick your own or they will pick it for you. When you pick your own no stooping is involved as the veggies are grown vertical. They also sell jams, jellies and relishes. Even with the price of fuel you will save money as they sell produce at a very inexpensive price. They have Arugula, Strawberries, Greens, peppers, squash and much, much more, without the Beach Tourist markup. To get there from Ebro on 79 go about 10 miles to New Hope, turn left at the store, There is only one, go about a mile and you will see a sign, follow the signs. The farmers Bill and Wanda are nice folks and will be happy to help you with buying real local produce.
