(I personally thought this was a waste, because there was no way I could finish all of them and the burger). Anyway, way yummy burger....WARNING though: If you have IBS, make sure you are close to a potty when digestion starts. The grease will get you, take my word.

This post was directed at the Five Guys burger.

I gave you one of each. The burger movie features one joint that deep fries burgers in lard. They say their secret is always saving some grease from the previous batch, going back decades.

Mmmmmm... Kinda like the grease build up on the Waffle House grills. The older the tastier.

Hey, just made it past 200 posts. A personal milestone.

....like sourdough starter--sounds like a winner. Just imagine, your great-great grandkids can enjoy a burger fried in the same lard in which yours was fried.

But hey...Top Ramen tastes a whole lot better when you eat it off of a Granite Countertop. (Mr & Mrs Too Much Homebuyer)

You're in luck! A Five Guys just opened over in Pier Park. I ate there the other day and it was delicious. Best burger for a "fast food" joint, hands down.
