I just saw Lisa at Pandora's and she confirmed it is the house at the end of Tucker Bayou. It is just off the intracoastal and Bay and has awesome views, right across from Eden State Gardens. Great porch and dock with sunset views. The house is not fancy, but there's not much of a better spot in SoWal. Would be ideal for someone with a boat who likes to eat fish.

sooo....sorry for identical posts. It takes a while for non-posters to find their home. As Kurt mentioned, this is the finest spot in Point Washington.
