Thanks for the notice. I brought my new kayak down this weekend hoping to give it a proper launching. So far the weather has just not been agreeable and I have to leave tomorrow afternoon (please, please, please let the weather be okay tomorrow????). Maybe I can make it down for this - sounds like fun.

We discovered back in the 80s where all the old hippies were when we attended a Native Plant Society meeting in Gainesville.

Most likely what you'll see is the Sushi Hippy.

Isn't that funny? From veggie burritos and hot beer straight to sushi and martinis.
I know I don't get there often enough,
but God knows I surely try

(shashimi=thinly sliced - even better than the ground up ends and pieces that can wind up in bad sushi)

Talk about being Johnny on the spot with the camera. The Gators game must be at halftime for your eyes to break away. Good thing you live "front to nature."

I live back and front to nature - 360.

Gators are off this week licking wounds, preparing for the dawgs.
