Seeking 3+ bedroom Gulffront Townhouse/Condo
Hi we have 2 little kids and are looking for some fun at the beach!
We are seeking a 3 + bedroom townhouse or condo. We are only interested in a direct Gulf-front unit (ie. not across the street and must have unobstructed views of Gulf) in 30a area. First preference is for a West end unit above the ground floor. Seeking unit with large windows/sliding glass doors, master must face Gulf, unit that needs interior renovation will be considered. If anyone knows of anything like this please post the mls # or contact info for the unit. Any info is very much appreciated!! Mandi

We prefer to stay in 500-650k range but can go higher for the right unit. I know this isn't much for gulf front but we are looking for something that has good bones and is need of updating. Really want a west end unit so not an easy find.....
