Free piece of crap "Vtech" cordless phones now available for one day only. Less than one year old and one has a completely dead battery and doesn't hold a charge, while the other one has a battery which last for about three minutes. Digital answering machine works just fine.

Get it while you still can. I recently upgraded to a cheaper AT&T corded phone with caller ID, dig. answering machine, etc. and I'm loving it. I cannot believe I paid $120 for the piece of crap Vtech phones.

The only reason I bought a cordless phone to begin with, was that was the only ones available at Worst Buy, where I shopped. I knew that Sears.com would have a corded phone which wouldn't have batteries to go bad on me.
