I have a great new listing south of 30A, with unobstructed gulf views from 2nd floor deck, view of Eastern Lake, pool, remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath, approx 1900 sq ft. -great furnished beach house, huge lot, 500 ft from beach access. The view is up the public access. The road and the access are in front of it. To my knowledge, the road and public access view cannot change. The land on 288 Lakeview's property goes to the corner, so nothing can be built there. This is also the view from the second floor, the house is a 2 story. I will have a better picture on Saturday.

$599 for that location and size? I am not in the market, but that is a very good deal for someone. I currently have a house and have owned another previously, so I have looked at a lot--that's a good deal.

Can you tell me what's on the 2nd floor with the balcony. Also, how do you access the beach? Has this been a rental property and if so what is the income stream. thanks, ziggy
