Beach Restoration

Yesterday in Gulf Trace two bulldozers beach scraped to reinforce the already existing man-made dunes. The two bulldozers appeared to belong to South Walton county. Today, a private bulldozer under the direction of Mr. Ray moved the sand under two of his properties. Is that the purpose of the man-made dunes? We were told that this will continue for the rest of this week. But it appears that, so far, he is only using the man-made dunes to fortify his own properties. What's up?

Sorry but your post is confusing me. Man made dunes? If you mean sand trucked in, that could be brought in by individual homeowners and placed under their property.
