Need a service that checks on condo when we are not in town

Hello All,

We just purchased a condo in Miramar beach. Our problem is this, we are not renting this property out, it is just for our pleasure. Does anyone know of a company that will check the condo on a monthly or bi-weekly basis for us?

I could do this also, I've been doing remodeling for about 20 years on my own stuff, and I try to troubleshoot problems before they become major repairs. I own 7 units.
