Selling My Personal Home
Hey everyone, I am working on selling my personal home. Let me know if you have anyone who is interested. It really is a great home for the price. It is less than a year old. I live there by myself so it is just like new. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with almost 2,600 square feet. The master is on the first floor. 2 additional bedrooms and a large bonus room are located on the 2nd floor. The home has tons of tile and granite counter tops throughout the home. It has a large attached 2 car garage. It is frame construction with hardi-plank siding. Very well built! The MLS# is 452053. The home is listed at $479,900, only $187 a square foot! The virtual tour link is RealEstateShows.com/61389
It is by far the best priced home in the neighborhood.

Re: Selling My Personal Home
I'll get an assortment of Ramen and serve it on my granite counter tops. I have granite in the bathrooms also, but that may not be a good idea.

Re: Selling My Personal Home
Skype is your friend. Now mind you, voice over the Internet (VoIP to some nerdy-techie sheep) can have its persnicketiness but those international rates, Goodness, low, low, low !! Both you and your loverly daughter need to have those fasty fast connections (MissusSheep hates that term broadband being she is both a broad and broad
). It pays to have a nice headset and microphone (TheSheep paid $14.95 for his but then TheSheepIsCheep). I would honker up for two free accounts, try it locally, if you like, then off she goes.
There are many, many solutions.

Don't forget, you can chat, chat, chat instead of talk, talk, talk too and soon you can see see see if your daughter is having young sheep over nite.
That would be called SkypeVideo.

Re: Selling My Personal Home
Price reduced to $469,900. That's $183 a square foot including the lot. You could probably get a lot in there for around $120,000 at this time. Active listings on the street:
121 Madie Lane- 2,563 sqft- $469,900
14 Madie Lane- 1,917 sqft - $515,000
30 Madie Lane- 1,900 sqft - $529,000
There are 2 pre-construction homes listed above this price range.
