If you haven't been through the neighborhood, I highly reccomend it. It's really a beautiful area. About 7 homes are currently being built now. I have a great listing available now. The subdivision is nice. Great great landscaping. IMHO that is what makes the place. Of couse Inlet Beach is a great place to live.....

I drive through there every day to get to 98 since the county screwed the road up at the end of lakeshore dr and you cant turn east!!!!

Yeah, it really is. They did an awesome job with the landscaping. The clubhouse is getting closer to completion also. It overlooks Lake Powell. it's going to be so beautiful when they neighborhood is completed.

The owner just dropped this price to $879,000.

One of the owner's just closed on his home. The home appraised at $1,026,000. Both homes are identical, but in different locations in the subdivision.
