Our 4 BR, 2 Bath gulf view house is about one and a half blocks from the beach in Inlet Beach, quiet residential neighborhood, private pool, south side of 98/30A. Although short term rentals (weekly, 3 day weekend) are available, we prefer to rent for at least a month at a time. July 2007 is available at $3300 per month. There is a $150 cleaning fee and $400 damage deposit. 11% tax is added to the total. All utilities, cable, phone, pool service included in price. Pool is not heated, but Rosemary Beach indoor pool is in walking distance and short term memberships are available. See our web site for weekly rates and weekend specials.
