Need suggestions on where to go to get CLEAN and inexpensive used furniture. Have mold problem in my cottage, which lovely landlady refused to fix until it was WAY too late. So had to throw almost everything away.
I'm still eyeing the toaster suspiciously.
Am broke because mold problem made me so ill, I had to see tons of doctors. Now am terrified of the " fungus amongst us" and just need to be sure I am buying at a reputabile thrift shop. Need everything---Rugs, furniture, TV, Microwave and, of course, peace of mind. So any sugggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Donations too!!!

i have a dining room table round with 4 chairs $300, 46 in sony projection tv $450, 20 in tv $50, 24 in tv $70, microwave $40, and a couch that i will give away...pm me if you are interested i have pics of all of them that i can email you

Try Goodwill, they have good used furniture and electronics.

Resort Resale has really nice things at good prices. New microwaves are cheap at W-M. And there's always craigslist.
