Sadly to say cars are not returnable, been there done that, learned an expenisve lesson.
Some dealers will let you trade for another vehicle without loss but not many.
Vehicles depreciated the moment you drive off the lot, so the dealer would have to sell it as used and they won't give you anything on it.

Some places have laws where you have the right to return a car w/in 3 days.
