WaterSound Bridges lot & plans
WaterSound Bridges lot faces common area that's across from the pool house. Gulf views.
100K into the plans designed by the Architecturial firm, Historical Concepts, from Peachtree City Georgia. Plans are complete, approved by the DRB and ready to build. Two floors, 3rd. floor observation/den area and a carriage house above a 2 CG.

We, David Thomas Homes, LLC, were involved in the planning and ready to build when the owner decided to sell.
