Great job, Bobby, on helping make this deal work and for a smooth and early closing! It takes an outgoing and upbeat person, like yourself, to make offers turn into sales, in this market and this economy, especially. It's great to know a realtor like you, who works through the items that come up, along the path to getting a sale closed.

We'll still be visting South Walton, but just mainly wanted to get out of the short term rental house business, after over 10 years in it in Seagrove Beach, and to do a variety of other vacations, too. But, at some point, may invest in a lot there, while lower priced, for future retirement.

I also think that Bobby Johnson should be the next South Walton Realtor of the Year!

I strongly recommend Bobby Johnson for your real estate needs.

Thanks, too, to all the rental guests that were at our house, Emerald Escape, in Seagrove Beach, FL, all these years! The house will no longer be a rental, as of this sale.
