Isn't that house bank owned?
I believe it was rented thru Rivard, Dune Allen, or Beach Rentals. Perhaps one of them would have a rental history.

It was bought out of foreclosure. They owner gutted it and added all new finishings. You can see from the pictures that it looks brand new. It's got gorgeous views from every room. Plus, you can crawl home from Stinkys!
