The many amenities include: spacious kitchen granite top with optional bar; open family and dining rooms with optional fireplace; large master bedroom with walk in closet and seperate tub and shower; covered front porch ; 9' ceilings; sprinkler system; and finally a rear patio with outside storage. The homeowner fee per month is $151. In the HOA dues, it includes all management fees of the property, exterior maintenance, community landscaping, sprinklers (including each person's yard), there is also a planned community pool going to be built and all maintenance of the pool will be covered as well. Could you explain who or what is backing the No Loss of Value guarantee?

We offer a variety of incentives. A buyer can opt to use the Value Guaranty Progam, select the term they wish to use and at closing the money is held in escrow with the title company.
