The many amenities include: spacious kitchen granite top with optional bar; open family and dining rooms with optional fireplace; large master bedroom with walk in closet and seperate tub and shower; covered front porch ; 9' ceilings; sprinkler system; and finally a rear patio with outside storage. The homeowner fee per month is $151. In the HOA dues, it includes all management fees of the property, exterior maintenance, community landscaping, sprinklers (including each person's yard), there is also a planned community pool going to be built and all maintenance of the pool will be covered as well. We offer a variety of incentives. A buyer can opt to use the Value Guaranty Progam, select the term they wish to use and at closing the money is held in escrow with the title company.
