My Mother-in-Law is looking to purchase a lakefront condo 2/2 somewhere btwn east end of 30-A & west end of PCB. Any suggestions? I thought maybe Wild Heron, but that might be out of her price range?
Try Ramsgate Condos right by Carillon Beach, the blueprints are pretty much a traditional Townhome, not sure of price though.

Not sure where specifically you define as the east end of 30A, but there are some 2/2.5 townhomes on Shannon Dr (eastern lake -- actually on a canal of the lake).
