Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
This seems like a great lot. Are there any restrictions? Wetlands? Any further info would be great. Thanks

Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
None noted. It is next to the old Wesley family cemetary. There is a little buffer between the cemetary and the lot. You don't have to worry about anyone being real loud over there! Also only a block away from the Point Washinton Mayor.

Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
That lot next door is high density, eh? lol. I love that area back there. One of my favorites in all of SoWal. Bobby, doesn't that lot slope off to the backside slightly? I like those rare lots around here. It gives you the opportunity to build a multilevel home, making it look like a single story from the road.

I do not think it slopes off to the back. This is the lot on the right down Carlos. Pretty flat to the back. You can tell by looking at the cemetary lot. It is real quiet back there.

Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
I guess I'm thinking of the lots toward the east end of the street. I think the beautiful trees on that street make for some pretty property.

Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
No disrespect, but I can't stop wondering (and laughing a bit) at the street names...I get Eden, Adam, Eve, Apple, Fig...but who is Carlos and how did he get in there?

The more I look at that picture and think about Shelly, I begin to think he/she is not even a real person. Some of this stuff is just too good! I laugh every time I read it!

Re: Large Wooded lot in Point Washington
Carlos was probably just one of the many folks who was edited out during the Council of Nicea .
