Want to purchase in Watercolor/Seaside
I am looking to purchase investment property in Watercolor or Seaside. If you are needing to sell quickly in the $300sf range(Watercolor) or $500sf in (Seaside) let me know. I can close quick with cash. Please send details and pictures.

Do you really want to be in those areas? You can get a whole lot more 4 your buck just down the street.

I know it is more expensive in these areas, but I think its a better long term investment. I have had several nice responces.

How much of a return are you looking for? It is easy to get a 100% return on 500K than a 10% return on 2 mill.

For me, it's not that. I've never been attracted to cookie-cutter subdivisions because I'm not a cookie-cutter sort of person. That's why we don't live in a subdivision in GA. And that's what attracted me to Seagrove -- more space and more individuality. But everyone is free to have his/her opinion on that, obviously. Some people feel more secure with homogeneity, and I'm not knocking them for that. Different strokes for different folks.

I'm curious to know what "nice responses" means. Does it meant that people were polite or that they were actually willing to make you a cheap sale?

It probably means the same thing as when Realtors® say they are seeing "increased traffic."

Re: Want to purchase in Watercolor/Seaside
Even in this market, I am surprised that old, small homes still seem to sell in Seaside for over $1 million. I love Seaside and Watercolors, but not like OLD Seagrove.

Re: Want to purchase in Watercolor/Seaside
Why don't you enlist the help of an agent? I am sure you can get some great hip pocket deals and the seller will pay your agent. No brainer.
