Grayton Lot SOLD

I saw last week that a lot sold in Grayton behind the Red Bar. Does anyone know what it sold for, what they were originally asking, and how long it was on the market?
That is the first sale in Grayton that I am aware of in a long time. With the lack of sales in that area and the wide range of prices, it is quite difficult to figure the market value of many of the listings. Opinions?

Re: Grayton Lot SOLD

This lot just closed for $700,000. It was listed for $1,100,000. The sales notes say it was a quick cash transaction with some mitigating circumstances. Lot 6 on Defuniak just went under contract as well. We are starting to see allot of movement in the market. My team put together 4 large deals alone last week. The good deals are getting gobbled up at an alarming rate.

Re: Grayton Lot SOLD

Wait until you see the numbers for June '07 sales prices. Overall, quantity of sales is holding fairly steady for the last four months, yet, avg sales prices has increased very nicely.
