Walton County Budget Hearing on Monday at 5pm
If you think that the property taxes you are paying are going up higher than they should and you think an overall 37.24% increase in spending by the county is just too much, then please attend the required budget meetings.
The first one is at 5pm on Monday September 9th at the Walton County Courthouse Annex. The second one is at 5pm on September 25th in DeFuniak.
I'm told by a county commissioner that this meeting tomorrow is the time to have your point of view heard. Please be there!
