What I'm looking for is a REO officer of a bank, who took posession of a home in Watercolor (Watercolor for instance) that they don't want to bring to market at a sitting empty asking price at this time, and would prefer to have it cared for, and cash generative for 1 or 2 years before they test the waters with a sale.
Willing to pay between 25 to 40K a year for a Watercolor house, plus significant damage deposit etc... moving to area with young family in December.

should have added, I'm thinking of a larger home in the Lake (Phase III) District, minimum of 4 bedrooms, but hopefully 4 bed, plus carriage garage bedroom.

Phase III Watercolor is just what I'm envisionining, but am open to similar ideas, anywhere between Rosemary and Cypress Dunes.
