2008 South Walton Realtor of The year!!!
I am pictured here with my Real Estate partner Garner Chandler. She is the official South Walton 2008 Realtor of the Year! What a year it has been. Lots of ups and downs and she has been able to hold her head up through the tough times, personally, professionally, etc. Her volunteer time alone is something we should all applaud! Here's to you Garner and looking forward to 2009!

Where's her other hand? Is she trying to push you out of the photo?
Seriously though, congrats to Garner and Beach Properties.

Let's make 2009 seven times as productive as 2008. Congratulations Garner. I admire your experiences.

brandon12,
Winners of the Emerald Coast Assoc. of Realtor of the Year Award, are based on things much more important than how many $$$ of real estate he or she closes. The recipients are recognized for their dedication to ECAR, their profession, and their community, and rightly so. The top selling Realtor isn't necessarily, though could be, the one who focuses on making a difference in a community. The top seller may be too focused on other things like making money, and may dedicate themselves fully to selling real estate. If you are good at what you do, and you do the "right" (just) things, for the right reasons, the business will follow. The members of ECAR voted on these awards, representing the six different Chapters of ECAR and an overall winner. To win is truly an honor. Congratulations, Garner. Thanks for being a leader in our community, and our industry of real estate. You represent everything a Realtor should be. That's a pretty cool-looking trophy.

Congrats Garner. It couldn't have been given to a better person, or more deserving realtor.
