The 'Ground Breaking' event today was well attended. I would estimate there were over 1000 people there. Governor Charlie Crist did not attend, but several public officials were there to share his phrase "Florida is Open for Business."

Let's hope this mementous occasion creates some sense of urgency in the Florida real estate market.

Even if I weren't a real estate marketing consultant, I'd be optimistic about the economic outlook of Northwest Florida.
