Not sure what you mean. Radio Station, or keeping a log of weather measurements, such as wind speeds, rain fall, temps, etc? I know the CBA was looking to have some volunteer weather monitors to keep more accurate tabs on rainfall, by specific area.

I was looking at weatherundground and you can purchase a variety of home weather equipment that will log back to their service as well as provide you detailed information on what the weather is and has been at your location. I see where they are getting some information from a station in that area, but the site does not have its own website so I can not run down who is operating it.
Just last week I got a La Crosse wireless weather station with a wind sensor. First problem; the wind sensor is wired to the remote temperature sensor. The wind sensor must be very exposed but the temp unit must be dry! But that didn't matter because the two wireless parts couldn't talk to one another so I sent it back!

Is anyone running a personal weather station in south Walton? I am thinking of purchasing one, and since I am new to this, was looking for advice.
I have used several different models from Davis Instruments. Happy with all of them. They seem to be serious about them, not just some junk from Sharper Image.

I love it .It has worked flawlessly I have the cabled unit and am saving to get the computer program to go internet

I really want something wireless. I figure once I pick out a few models I might be able to find something on Ebay.
Unless distance is a major buying factor the wired system i have set up is temp and rainfall 50 ft into open area and wind cups and vane up another 33 ft. on the top of an out building. Cable can give you up to 1000ft. and greater. thanks for asking
