I am relocating from New Orleans and am really looking for a furnished unit. Are any of your rentals furnished? I am interested in the duplex and was wondering if it was furnished or not and is it all inclusive. I have been in the 30 A area several times and am coming back for a week to look for a long term rental. I am not happy where I am living and fell in love with the area there. It is so relaxing. Perhaps you can help me find something suitable. I do have a 6 lb dog and 3 cats, declawed. I have rental property of my own so I respect people's property and would make a great tenant. Your home would be my home and treated as such. Please let me know. I am interested in the house you said you have coming up also and what area it is in. I would like to be in the Santa Rosa area or down in that direction. Blue Mountain Beach, etc. Just not as far down as Seagrove. I love it but it is too far to get where you want to go. I just looked at your Duplex for rent, I used to live in Seagrove and worked at Watersound. I got stupid and moved to Dallas to be closer to my grandbabies and wouldn't trade that for anything. But I pay 750. just for rent for a little tiny apt. that overlooks a street. Then I look at what you are offering and it makes me cry. I can't wait to move back to SOWAL.
