Very private LARGE bedroom on 1st floor of 3 story townhouse. VERY close to beach (Ed Walline access). Suite offers private large bath & good closet! On same floor as laundry & Garage. Room has private entrance. You could probablly fit a small loveseat & mini fridge w/ bedroom furniture-like a studio apt. almost! Very private space. Main living quarters on 2nd floor-roommates on 3rd floor. Amazing 4th floor rooftop terrace with views of the ocean. Pet friendly. $400 one time deposit, Rent $400 plus utilities split 3 ways. forgot to mention there is a POOL and only a short walk to several great restaurants & shops!
